hamilton airport multi units

This multi-unit industrial complex at Hamilton Airport was constructed in two stages. Each unit comprises of two levels, designed with a ground workshop and upper mezzanine office layout. All units have tilt panel exterior walls and achieved intertenancy fire rating so that each unit can be unit titled. Stage One was completed in 2019 and all six units were sold upon completion.
